Sharing the benefits of biodiversity
Susanne and colleagues crafted a compendium focusing on partnerships on Access and benefit Sharing (ABS) cases in the frame of the Nagoya Protocol. The case studies detail contextual development, actors, resources, and processes. Each case includes insights, lessons learned, and contributions to SDGs. A summary analysis of all twenty cases distills key findings, lessons, and emerging practices, providing a comprehensive overview of ABS contributions to sustainable development goals. The research was conducted together with colleagues from GeoMedia, the Union for Ethical Biotrade (UEBT) and the Institute for Biodiversity Network. Susanne was contract by GeoMedia.
